Warmth, sensitivity, confidence and understanding are characteristics we look for and value in our team at Teeny Days. We believe that when you have this alongside qualifications and experience, children can truly thrive in a childcare setting.

Ensuring good staff stay with us is a priority, and we are very successful at it! Building a relationship with your child’s key person will mean a lot to you whether you want to discuss teething, behaviour, potty training or just find out how they’re getting on. We believe that this relationship is just as important as the one between your child and their key person. This is why we place great emphasis on staff continuity.

At Teeny Days, we try to maintain the highest level of professionalism and the highest level of standards when it comes to childcare. For this reason all of our staff have a minimum of Level 3 NVQ in Childcare and we are all certified Paediatric First Aiders.
